Prayer and Vison. These words have deep roots in TEAM's culture and history. When TEAM's founder, Fredrik Franson, was preparing for a new speaking engagement, he would sometimes spend weeks with the Lord in in prayer, seeking vision. Throughout TEAM's world, our work springs out of this deep connection with God. And when we draw near to God in prayer, seeking to see the world the way God sees it, the light of faith, hope, and love burns in our lives. |

TEAM is an evangelical, non-denominational, international mission whose purpose is to help churches send missionaries to establish reproducing churches in other nations to the glory of God. TEAM has over 750 missionaries serving in more than 40 countries. TEAM Statement of Faith
