All three of these elements are required for all TEAMServe participants.

What are the dates?

TEAMServe briefings for summer ministries are held in mid-May and mid-June with departure for ministry immediately following. Summer ministries vary in length; see dates listed for specifics. For year-round ministries, applications should be turned in 90 days before desired departure. Additional briefings are held in July, October and January.

What is the process?

To request an application, please send an email to teamserve@teamworld.org including your name and full mailing address. When the TEAMServe office has received your application and references, we will notify you regarding your acceptance and send you a TEAMServe manual explaining your next steps. Obtaining Passports and visas, making airline reservations, and raising support take time, so we encourage you to get started today.

What does TEAMServe cost?

Expenses vary by project. In all cases, the total cost listed with each opportunity includes round-trip international airfare from Chicago to assignment, briefing and debriefing, food and housing expenses, on-field transportation costs, health insurance, a background check and administration.
